You can opt in to MTA Alerts by completing the registration form: https://cloud.info.mta.org/preferences. You can opt out of receiving MTA Alerts at any time by texting STOP to 511682 or by contacting the preference center from your email or device. If you need additional information on MTA Alerts, text HELP to 511682, or call 1-888-465-1169.

Message frequency depends on the user. There is no charge to participate in the MTA Alerts; however, message and data rates may apply (please contact your mobile carrier for further details on message and data rates under your mobile plan).
